We were contacted the other day by a new client who works in the engineering sector. The client works for an international company that recently held an important meeting. As a result of this, the client wished to receive an Arabic translation of the meeting’s minutes to ensure that everyone would be able to understand the points that were raised in their own language.
Jerry (one of our account managers) was quick to respond to the client’s initial enquiry, stating that he’d be happy to help the client. Jerry also provided a competitively-priced quotation for his consideration.
The client was impressed by Jerry’s prompt reply and the value of the translation, but he did have a very urgent deadline for the translation to be completed by. The client wanted to be sure that our translation agency could deliver the completed document by this deadline.
Jerry was pleased to assure the client that our translation company has a glowing reputation for providing quick translations, and that it wouldn’t be a problem to meet this particular deadline either.
The client commissioned the translation and Jerry selected a native speaking Arabic translator to tend to the document. The translator also had a background in engineering, and was thus able to translate the document quickly and with relative ease.
It wasn’t long before the completed Arabic translation was returned to the client, who was pleased to receive it before the agreed deadline. The client was impressed by the quality of the translation too, and thanked both Jerry and the expert translator for their work.
